Sandy comes to us direct from a large franchise company in Durango where she was a top agent for 18 years and happy to return to a small company environment. She is the current Managing Broker, as well as doing her own listing and selling.
She is very active in our local Association of Realtors having served as President in 2000-2001 and Realtor of the Year in 1997 and currently a member of the Board of Directors. The state Association of Realtors is also in her resume as having served as President of the Education Foundation in 1998 and 2005 and Small Board Forum Chair in 2000. She also holds the CRS designation which is a Certified Residential Specialist. Active in the state CRS chapter as the summer conference event coordinator and was chosen as the CRS of the Year for Colorado in 2002. Her other designations are GRI - Graduate Realtor Institute, RRC - Referral and Relocation Certificate and e-PRO - National Association Internet Professionalism Certificate.
Sandy was born in Arizona and grew up in Southern California but moved to Colorado as soon as she was old enough to make up her own mind. First to the Denver area for 16 years and then to Durango in 1984. She loves to travel, cook, garden and grandmother her ten darling grandchildren with Grandpa, Bob.
